Alternatively to Jiu-jitsu, Kickboxing offered here at Leeds Kodokan focuses on 3 key factors:

Starting off, you will be taught the basics of how to punch and kick safely and will begin to master precision and technique, which in turn will increase strength and the ability to defend yourself.

There will be a variety of exercises which will test endurance and resilience, with sessions of constant action and will be the building blocks to a healthier life.

Finally at the end of most sessions, there will be sparring drills compatible with all ability sets.

Here at LK we intend to deliver a service which will benefit not only your ability to defend yourself from any dangers in the world, but also to improve your mental and physical health. All this will be carried out and instructed by a team of black belts and extensively trained senior grades.
